The Community Foundation administers a variety of funding programmes for projects in Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole.

 

Grassroots Grants

 

    'Fair Share' logo - lottery money where it's most needed.

 

             

 

 Logo - Supported by the National Lottery through the Big Lottery Fund.

 

 

 

 

Please see the following list of grants managed by this Community Foundation.  To find out more, click on the specific fund highlighted in green:

Grassroots Grants - Small grants for local community groups.

Comic Relief - Grants are available from £1,000 up to £10,000 for community groups/organisations tackling economic and social deprivation in their local communities.  Projects should be run by people directly affected by the issues they are dealing with and priority will be given to small, locally based groups or organisations in areas of disadvantage.

Burning Issues Fund - Grants of £250 - £1,500 are available to voluntary /community groups in Bournemouth. This programme is administered by the Community Foundation on behalf of the Arson Forum in Bournemouth.

Fair Share - A strategic funding programme benefiting the former Ward of Wallisdown in Bournemouth.

The Meggitt Fund - Grants of £50 - £500 are available from this fund which is managed on behalf of local company Meggitt PLC who are an international aerospace, defence and electronics group based at Bournemouth International Airport.
